Registration Process
Once you have decided to apply to go to camp, you will need to submit a short application form. Forms will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis. When we have reviewed your application and assigned you a room, we will let you know about your accommodations before asking for your deposit. Space is limited! Once camp is full, we will keep a waiting list. You may also be asked if you'd like to consider an alternate type of accommodation at the camp (e.g. cabin, RV).
Upon acceptance to camp and agreement about accommodations, you will be sent an email with payment instructions. You will be expected to pay a $100 deposit within a week to reserve your spot at camp. Failure to pay your deposit on time may result in you being moved down the list of priority. The balance of the camp fees are due on May 1, 2024. Please ensure you provide us with a reliable email address to assist with making accommodation arrangements. |

Cancellation Policy |
If you need to cancel your plans to come to camp, it is very likely there will be someone on the waiting list who can take your spot. Please let us know as soon as possible. Your deposit will be refunded, if you let us know by April 1st.
